BZSE Attorneys at Law/Tax Lawyers have moved from their former offices on Kudu Drive in Belair to a brand-new office building a few hundred metres further up on Welgelegen Road. A two-storey state-of-the-art office building has been built across from Raoul Illidge Sports Complex, on the corner with Bison Drive.

Painted in the characteristic light grey and blue BZSE colours, the spacious two-floor building offers ample space for the law firm’s nine attorneys and staff, as well as two large conference rooms for meetings and presentations. BZSE opened its new location on May 17.

BZSE’s partners want their new office building to be as sustainable and environmentally-friendly as possible. To this effect, 80 solar panels have been installed on the roof, which is more than enough to provide the entire building with sufficient energy during daytime hours. Other “green” features may be installed at a later date.

The new building offers 25 per cent more space than BZSE’s former offices in the Antek building, where BZSE has had its office since 2009.

At the new location, BZSE’s first-floor offices measure 420 square metres. On ground level there are 180 square metres of office space available. Interested parties may call tel. 542-7550 for more information.

“We specifically chose this great location because it is conveniently located between Philipsburg and Simpson Bay. It can easily be reached, offers a quiet working environment, and there is ample parking available for our clients,” the BZSE partners said.

The BZSE law office offers a wide range of legal services, mainly in the field of civil and commercial law, and in the field of tax law.

BZSE’s new office was designed by Fracto design and architect Servie van der Hoek.
