PHILIPSBURG–The St. Maarten Hospitality & Trade Association (SHTA), together with St. Maarten Timeshare Association (SMTA) and the French side Hotel Association AHSM have combined efforts to fund some of the promotional activities in the United States market in the upcoming months.
“The initiative was taken to ensure that the island benefited from uninterrupted presence in the most important market, the United States East Coast,  an effort that usually gets funded by government.” The SHTA stated in a press release.
