Kooyman St. Maarten is celebrating a special milestone this Saturday, November 7, marking 20 years of serving the St. Maarten community. To commemorate the occasion, the hardware store is inviting customers to join a Surprise Party from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, featuring giveaways, prizes, entertainment, and a grand prize of a 30-second shopping spree.
Founded in Curaçao 87 years ago, Kooyman has grown into a well-established name in the Caribbean, with several locations throughout the region. Since opening its doors on St. Maarten 20 years ago, Kooyman has become a trusted destination for building materials, home improvement products, and DIY supplies. Beyond supporting countless construction and renovation projects on the island, the company has also remained committed to giving back to the community through its support of local foundations, schools, associations, and community initiatives.
In keeping with this spirit of appreciation, Kooyman is dedicating its 20th anniversary celebrations to the customers who have supported the store throughout the years.
On Saturday, November 7, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, shoppers visiting the Cay Hill location will have the chance to be randomly selected to receive prizes and giveaways throughout the event. Prizes include discount vouchers, coolers, BBQs, Fun Miles, and various other items, with the highlight of the celebration being a 30-second shopping spree for one lucky customer.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, DJ Ika will provide entertainment throughout the event, while customers can enjoy anniversary cupcakes courtesy of Zeebest Bakeshop.
The best part? No registration or purchase of tickets is required to join the celebrations. Customers are simply invited to shop at the store, enjoy the festive atmosphere, and perhaps walk away with an unexpected surprise.
With 20 years of serving St. Maarten behind them, Kooyman looks forward to celebrating this milestone with the community and continuing to support the island’s building and home improvement needs for many more years to come.
Kooyman St. Maarten invites everyone to stop by this Saturday, November 7, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and be part of the anniversary celebrations.
