The Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA) has confirmed its presence at the St. Maarten / St. Martin Annual Regional Tradeshow (SMART), held this March 31st – April 4th. The delegations visit will serve to create awareness about the regional network serving 33 Caribbean destinations on an international level, providing advocacy, marketing, education, and other benefits.
The delegation will be headed by Bill Clegg, Caribbean development director for BWH Hotels. He serves as fifth vice-president of the association and chairman of the CHTA membership committee. He will serve as liaison to the regional hotel and tourism association for any and all questions from SMART visitors about the workings of the regional association, providing additional benefits to those companies member of their local association.
