Philipsburg, St. Maarten — March 2026 — DADA Foundation & Impacting Sisterhood are proud to announce its upcoming Women’s Month empowerment event, Purpose Pep Talk & Purpose Board Creation (With a Twist), taking place on March 14, 2026, at the John Larmonie Center.
Designed to inspire, encourage, and realign women with God-centered purpose, this intentional gathering will
bring together women from all walks of life for a meaningful experience focused on faith, clarity, and forward
movement. The event combines motivational encouragement with hands-on vision planning offering a
refreshing approach to purpose discovery and goal setting.
More than a traditional vision board session, Purpose Pep Talk & Purpose Board Creation places Christ at the
center of the conversation, with 3 dynamic women speakers, namely Ms. Sylvia St. Jean, Mrs. Sharmilla Oliver
and Mrs. Bernadette de Weever-Payne, who will share and emphasize that true fulfillment flows from
intimacy with God, not pressure or performance. Attendees will be guided to reflect on their goals while
remaining grounded in faith, community, and divine direction.
In honor of Women’s Month, the event will also spotlight the strength and resilience of women—particularly
single mothers and women who consistently put family first, often while setting aside their own dreams.
Impacting Sisterhood affirms that no matter the season or pace, sisters will not be left behind.
“This event is about reminding women that their purpose is valid, their journey matters, and their becoming is
not delayed,” said an Impacting Sisterhood representative. “We are creating a space where women can dream
again without guilt and move forward together with God leading the way.”
