Medwork is offering two specialized training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team. These training sessions are essential for fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring adherence to acceptable behavior standards.
Training Program Options: The live (in-person) sections of the training programs will be given in week 40 (30 Sept – 4 Oct).
- HR-training: Acceptable Behavior in the Workplace
- Content: Understanding acceptable and unacceptable behavior, legal and ethical considerations, handling misconduct, creating a positive work environment, and peer-review best practices.
- Structure: Four modules plus one peer-review session. Includes an online introduction, two live sessions (each approximately 3 hours), and a concluding online session and peer-review.
- Cost: USD 649.00 per participant.
- Confidential Counselor Training (for any capable team member): The live (in-person) sections of the training programs will be given in week 42 (14 – 18 Oct) 2024.
- Content: Training on confidentiality principles, counseling techniques, conflict resolution, and providing support to employees facing workplace issues.
- Structure: Eight modules with online and live sessions, on-site training, exam, and supervision process.
- Cost: USD 1,575 per participant for training.
Additional Information:
- Out-of-Pocket Expenses for On-site Training: These include flight tickets to Sint Maarten, a 5-night hotel stay, a 5-day car rental, and a 5-day daily allowance (USD 60/day). These costs will be shared equally among participating organizations.
