SHTA Director meets with local crafters at the newly opened arts and crafts gallery on Front Street.
Local crafters now have a beautiful store where they are able to display and sell their artwork for the community of St. Maarten and visitors to the island. A group of crafters occupy the gallery where each has their distinctive talent showcased.
After years of hard work and lobbying the gallery has finally become a reality. SHTA Director met with the crafters group to be able to ascertain where the association and the group can collaborate to broaden the exposure of unique, handcrafted St. Maarten art.
