As of October 1st, the St. Maarten Flavors culinary month of November will launch a weekly “Like, Share & Win” contest on social media. The campaign allows St. Maarten residents and visitors to win November dinners at the 31 restaurants participating in the St. Maarten Flavors program upcoming November. Those people interested in obtaining a free two – person dinner are requested to motivate creatively who they would like to take out for dinner in November and why. Participating Restaurant Managers and Chefs will select the most original response. 

Winners will be able to enjoy two of the signature dishes that the restaurant offering the dinner has composed as signature dish during the full month of November. The “Dine With Me in November” campaign will take place both at the platforms of Facebook and Instagram. Throughout the months of October and November, every week one or more complimentary dinners for two will be launched via the social media platforms of St. Maarten Flavors. Social media handles for participation can be found at the programs website stmaartenflavors.com.

During the month of November, St. Maarten Flavors program will showcase the great variety of culinary delights St. Maarten has to offer. Enrolled restaurants offer special deals from samplers to one course bites for $17.50 to three course dining experiences at $49.

Current participating restaurants and bars in the program are Aziana, Balls & Wine, Bamboo House, Beirut, Bold Buddha, Bovin Steakhouse, Dutch Blonde Beach Bar, Emilio’s, Infinity, Irie Gardens, Jai’s Contemporary Fusion Cuisine, Jax Steakhouse, Jimmy The Original Fat Boy, Kingsman, La Palapa, La Patrona, Lux, Mario’s Bistrot, Mélange Grill, Ocean Lounge, Pineapple Pete’s, Pink Pearl, Pure Ocean, Quarantine Quisine, Sale & Pepe, SALT, Spices of India, Topper’s, The Pier, Three Amigos and Veranda Market & Bistro.

Two more restaurants officially announced their November menu this week. Spices of India’s signature menu for St. Maarten Flavors will be Butter Chicken; a classic Indian dish grilled in Tandoori (clay oven) and then simmered in a spicy, aromatic, buttery and creamy tomato gravy.  The meal is served with Garlic Naan bread and Basmati perfectly cooked packed with richness of flavors and aroma.

Beirut’s three course menus offers International Lebanese Cuisine. The special starts off with Lentil Soup and Cheese Rolls. Followed by the “Beirut Platter” combined of chicken, lamb and beef kebab and tabouli salad, humus, baba ghanouj with stuffed grape leaves and garlic sauce topped off with two pieces of pistachio baclava dessert.
