In the month of November SHTA and STB will be hosting a St. Maarten Culinary Month entitled ‘St. Maarten Flavors’. During a 4 week timeframe from November 1 – November 30, 2022 restaurants will highlight and discount a signature dish of either three courses or one.

In addition to this special, events related to food and drinks of participating restaurants will be promoted in order to put the destination on the map as a culinary destination.

For restaurants providing a “3 course meal” the subscription fee is $299 (SHTA member fee $ 175*). These restaurants can do an offer of choice for a consumer price of USD 49.00.

Enrolled 3 Course Restaurant receive:

  • A banner to be put in front of the restaurant
  • press releases
  • A place on the “national menu”. This overview portrays each restaurant’s highlighted main 1 or 3 courses.
  • Media Exposure
  • Media attention is especially guided to this category.
  • Digital flyers

For restaurants only looking to highlight one course only, a “one course restaurant” fee is available also. This costs $149 (SHTA member fee $99*). These restaurants can do an offering of choice for consumer price USD 17.50 on the national menu. This can be anything from a one course menu item, to a two for the price of one snack, a cocktail combination or special cheese platter – this is up to the restaurant or bar committed to the program.

  • listing as a restaurant taking part and a banner
  • digital flyers
