PHILIPSBURG–The St. Maarten Hospitality and Trade Association (SHTA) has written to President of Parliament Rodolphe Samuel to stress that more businesses will cease to exist if the present draft budget passes and “fact is that they will have been put out of business by their democratically elected representatives.”
